Cotton is a much nicer, higher quality material than polyester, so where possible go for a higher cotton content on your yr 12 jerseys, even 100% cotton if possible. However polyester does have the advantages of being harder wearing, fading less, and having greater print options so if your leavers jumpers are not touching your skin it can be a good option. Sublimation printing is becoming more and more popular on yr 12 leavers jerseys. Sublimation printing allows for full colour digital printing over the whole garment, including individual names. Unfortunately sublimation printing can only be achieved on polyester school leavers jumpers. 3. Garment Design & Decoration - This is where you can make sure your year 12 school leavers jumpers are unique. Ask your yr 12 jersey supplier about garment design options. Some creative options for your school leaver garments include custom zip pulls, print on inside of hood, and thumb holes in sleeves. The main decoration options for year 12 school leavers jerseys are screen print, embroidery or sublimation. However a good supplier of leavers garments will also alternatives such as raised embroidery, material or rubber patching, and print across seams or hoodie pockets.
