Hi Guy, I just wanted to let you know that one of your staff (Emma Dawson) has extended me great customer service. She communicates very well, she's been co-operative, and bests of all - she's very efficient. I have dealt with other Promotional Gear companies and they can take days, sometimes weeks to get back to you with answers - which then causes you to miss deadlines! If you query anything or make any last minute additions with extra quantities they act as if it's the end of the world! It was such a pleasant change to deal with Emma. I just thought I should let you know.
